Congratulations to Rock Island POW Memorial Camp #2229 on your chartering as the newest camp in the Illinois Division!!!   Jacob Lake was elected the camp commander, making the youngest commander in the Illinois Division.  Job well done!!!

We are adding to our public awareness outreach an JROTC SCV Cadet
Award program.  Attached is a schedule of the schools and locations
that have so far elected to award our Certificate and Service Ribbon.
 
We need PRESENTERS, who are members of the IL DIV.  Please circulate
this list to your members and see who might be interested in doing so.
The times and places are listed.  (It is probably ideal to wear your uniform
for this public event, since pictures may appear in local press, etc.)
 
Please advise me of who would be able to present what Schools.  Thank
